The new Client Intelligence Knowledge tab is pretty cool. But, it would be nice to see a list of where the AI is grabbing the info from. There is the "Show History" button that lists the tickets it is referencing from, but it would be great if that could be a link that opens up the ticket.
This would make it super easy to verify what the AI is distilling from the tickets.

Enable the ability to trace auto-generated knowledge base articles in Client Intelligence back to the specific support tickets they were created from. Currently, KB articles are generated from resolved tickets but are not linked to their original ticket records, making it difficult to validate the accuracy or context of the content. This feature would allow users to see a clear ticket-to-article association, improving transparency, auditing, and the ability to verify solutions.
