Danielle would like CC'd contacts added to a ConnectWise ticket to automatically receive access to the full conversation history in Thread, similar to how new members in MS Teams group chats can be given history. Currently, adding a CC'd contact in PSA adds them to Thread, but does not share any prior history. This feature would improve collaboration and ensure new participants are fully up to speed, just like when adding someone via the Thread web app.
