Branded Emails/Messaging

I would like the emails branded, so the code verification should come from my domain either using my own mail service or setting up SPF / Relay permissions for chat genie with SPF and DKIM.
Baring that at a minimum the message 'Great. Please enter the verification code sent to your email.' should be updated to show 'Great. We sent an email from help@chatgenie.io with a code to verify your email, can you please enter the code below' or similar.

I know there are only 13 upvotes - but this would be wildly useful. I just went through the user experience myself. The email attached is not a good representation of our brand. I do agree with Robert that, at a minimum, there should be a more defined message to explain where the email is coming from since it is not coming from us.

Agree - We would like to see an integration to use Sendgrid for this. It would put all the DKIM/DMARC on our shoulders and Thread would only needs to enable customizing the templates.
