Banner Support in Thread Inbox

Alert banners and pop ups would be an extremely critical add in feature within Thread. We use banners and popups to notify of client status and often need to double check statuses in CW. This would be a critical addition.

We use the alert banners in CW to tell us if only certain certified or location-based technicians can work in a client environment - if we're working exclusively out of Thread, not having that information up front could create a compliance issue.

This is really important for us also. I know it can be synced with the API so please consider adding this to the inbox UI so techs can see those when they open a thread
