Would love the ability to change the generic message for the Approvals feature when requesting approval from a contact.

Allows us to only send a single message instead of two; first the request we need approved followed up by the approval request itself.

In some case, sending a generic approval message is not enough and we find ourselves needing to add more information in some circumstances. Can we have the option to update the approval message to include more specifics relevant to the approval request

Allow users to modify the default approval request message displayed within the Inbox feature. This would enable teams to tailor the wording, add specific instructions, or include additional fields to better match their internal workflows and communication style. Providing customization options would improve clarity for recipients and enhance the overall user experience in approval processes.
