One of our customers uses forms to create tickets in ConnectWise, and several of those forms require attachments. Currently, attachments submitted through the form are not visible in Thread, which creates a significant limitation and forces us to switch platforms to access critical information. It would be very helpful if attachments from ConnectWise tickets could be surfaced directly within Thread.

I second this please - our users would really like the ability to view Email attachments within thread.

It's mind blowing this isn't possible, such a basic feature. Is this a limitation of the integration or has it just not been built yet?

We get email attachments in autotask all the time. and need to be able to access them from Thread
