The process of clicking on, loading, and then selecting a type/sub-type/item category within Inbox is oftentimes too slow.

The process of editing a field frequently takes more than 3 seconds to complete, which slows down a busy tech and makes it harder to invest in using Inbox.

Another pain point: Waiting for a sub-type and item field to load in the PSA after filling in a Type value requires waiting and means that I have to keep moving my mouse lower in the screen to make the next edit.
