Would be nice to have the options to send the card alerts directly to a user instead of a channel.
Hi Mint! We currently have this ability. If the ticket is assigned to a user & you have a flow to push that ticket into any channel in Slack; it will be sent in a one on one to the user!
However, We will be adding a new section to the website where you can have it send to all users if they are assigned, whether you have a flow or not! Let me know if I can help you with anything!
