I've been trying to speak/chat/email someone for weeks without any response. For a company dedicated to chat, your webchat is a mess. The one when I sign into my portal is different than the one when I don't, and I've tried sending messages in both.

Agreed, its hard to get a response. Tends to be feast of famine. I've seen in the past where they bang out fixes for my issues within minutes of each other so I know they can and do work but on the flip side I've seen where I don't even get an acknowledgement that the issue has even been logged. Mad.
